SUNS NA ROTA II Edition — Anniversary event for the Caminhos de Lomba Grande tourist route.
Start: 11am with the welcome table!
It will be a unique gastronomic experience valuing local cuisine and of course, with lots of ground fire roasts and grill.
- Welcome table, with local delicacies such as: cheeses, artisanal sausages from Lomba, breads, cucas and much more.
- Starters: Bruschetti with caramelized onion and gorgonzola sauce, Campeira Parmegiana sausage and brisket roll.
- Main course: it will be a sequence of ground fire served on the table, with smoked brisket, ground fire ribs, lamb, pork belly and Uruguayan emptiness.
- Side dish: mix of green leaves, white rice and french fries.
- Grilled dessert, Uruguayan Dulce de Leite Pancake, served with pistachio ice cream — 1 serving per customer. (Dessert will be served at 15:00
